The
town is noted for its rich sports tradition which is related to
the names of the Olympic winners Jiří Raška, Jiří Parma and
Jaroslav Sakala and the multiple winner of the Paris-Dakar
rallye - Karel Loprais.
All
the year round there are many opportunities to sports activities.
In winter there are ski runs, ski-jump, skating rink, covered
swimming pool, skittle alley, in summer there is aquapark,
tennis courts, riding area, mountain cyclist tourism, rogallo
flying or paragliding.

A 421-metre-long course of rope obstacles hanging in trees 4 - 7 m above the ground. The rope obstacles are ingeniously placed so as to combine tasks of varying difficulty with tasks involving technique and fun. No special physical strength is required to manage the course.
User safety is ensured by belaying ropes, a choker and a crash helmet. Before attempting the first obstacle your instructor will give you a brief run-down on the rules and how to use the belay.
Tarzanie is designed for the general public, individuals and teams, sports clubs, hobby groups, rescue teams, etc. We offer schools the use of the park, especially for non-traditional physical education classes or as part of experience learning. The park can be hired for social and team-building events. There is no age restriction to the obstacles, although climbers must be at least 150 cm tall.
